It's official, I have schduled my TKR (total knee replacement) for November 30. It is fianally time to take the next step I have put it off too long. I can hardley walk and am in too much pain. This will be number 15 or 16, I've lost count. I had it scheduled for the 9th, but I couldn't find anyone to cover my patients for me untill after thanksgiving, so I had to change it to the 30th.
I'm glad it is scheduled and I can get it done. It is kind of a relief in a way. I just want it to be over. My doctor said it would be twice as hard as the PKR I had done 5 years ago, and I'm ready for it. I'm not sure I'll be glad I am having it done when the first of December rolls around, but it has to be done.

Let me know if you need anything after the surgery. I'd be glad to take Ben for a little bit if you need me to. I know the girls would like to play with him.
